On July 24th, third graders participated in the Science project called Colombian species in danger of extinction.

This day, second and third graders were invited to an amazing art exhibition of Colombian animals which are in danger of extinction such as the jaguar, the turtle and the parrot. Third grade made these animals using different resources and material, using all their creativity in this task. This exhibition was part of the learning process on animals and their environment, that also included animals in danger of extinction. This activity was developed based on some of the main principles of the CLIL methodology, and the culture element implemented in the Science lessons.
